1. Service description

Website Security Snapshot API ("the Service") provides automated HTTP header inspection of publicly accessible URLs. Results are informational only and do not constitute a professional security audit or certification.

2. Acceptable use

You may only submit URLs that:

• You own or have explicit permission to scan.
• Are publicly accessible over the internet.
• Are not targeted for denial-of-service, harassment, or unauthorized probing.

Prohibited uses include but are not limited to: scanning URLs without authorization, attempting to bypass SSRF protections, or using the Service for any illegal purpose.

3. Payment

Each successful API call costs 0.05 USDC paid via the x402 protocol on Base. Payments are processed on-chain and are non-refundable except as described in the Refund Policy.

4. No warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, completeness of results, or that results are free of error.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
