Refund Policy

No refunds for completed calls

When the API returns a 200 response, the snapshot result has been delivered. These calls are non-refundable.

When refunds may be considered

• Payment was sent but a 5xx server error was returned (API fault).
• Payment was deducted but no response was received due to network failure on our end.

To request a refund, email support@cybersecurity-japan.com with your transaction hash and the error received. Requests must be made within 7 days.

Limitations

On-chain USDC transactions cannot be reversed by us unilaterally. Refunds, if approved, are issued as a new on-chain transfer. We are not responsible for gas fees incurred.
